The Board of Directors of Mattabasset Condominium I, Inc. is seeking nominations of individuals willing to serve on the Board of Directors. A minimum of five (5) but not more than nine (9) positions on the Board will be filled at the Annual Meeting.
The business of Condo I is conducted by the Board of Directors at its meetings and through its officers. These positions require attendance at monthly meetings and genuine concern for the best interests of the Mattabasset community. Directors are elected for a one (1) year term. Only owners of Condo I condominium units are eligible to be Directors.
All eligible individuals interested in being nominated for election to the Board of Directors should indicate their interest by completing and returning the form to the chairperson of the Nominating Committee, Ms. Janet Gawlak, at the address set forth in the form, or by speaking to her directly.
The Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the pool office. Therefore, we request that all nominations be returned on or before Monday, November 18, 2019.
A separate formal notice of the Annual Meeting will be provided in the coming days.
